To continuously enhance his knowledge, skills, and experience by involving in a challenging work environment and utilize his knowledge for students' and organizations' growth to the best of his ability.

He has 38 Years of experience in teaching. As an owner and founder member of SHEWALE classes at Bandra, Mumbai. He is conducting tuition since 1982. Till now he has taught 10000+ Secondary, Higher Secondary, and Commerce students in English and Accounting subjects. He has experienced and adapted multiple new educational patterns with syllabus changes in the last 38 years and delivering effectively to students. He has a strong grip on English Grammer and Accounting subjects.

He can help his students to build a base of English Language subject at the school level. As he is using Marathi and the English language to deliver his lectures which is helpful to SSC students to understand the concept of the English Language Grammer quickly and easily.
